No-Bake Rainbow Yogurt Bark
Our favorite kind of treat: no oven, only a few ingredients, and little hands do most of the work.
🍓
This is our favorite kind of recipe: no oven, only a few ingredients, and little hands do most of the work. Yogurt bark is creamy, cold, and topped with a whole rainbow of fruit — and it lives in the freezer, ready for a hot afternoon.
🕐 10 min + freeze
🍓 No baking
👶 Kid-friendly
What you'll need
- 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt (or your favorite yogurt)
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to sweeten)
- A rainbow of fruit: blueberries, sliced strawberries, mandarin oranges, kiwi, banana
- A sprinkle of granola or a few sprinkles, if you like
- A baking sheet + a piece of parchment paper
Let's make it
- Line the tray. Lay parchment paper on a baking sheet so nothing sticks.
- Spread the yogurt. Stir the honey into the yogurt, then spread it about ¼-inch thick across the parchment. A butter knife or the back of a spoon works great.
- Make a rainbow. This is the kids' favorite part — arrange the fruit in colorful stripes or happy little clusters across the yogurt.
- Freeze. Pop the tray in the freezer for 3–4 hours, until firm.
- Break & enjoy. Snap the bark into pieces and dig in! Keep leftovers in a container in the freezer.
Little-hands job: Placing the fruit is perfect for toddlers and preschoolers.
Let them sort by color first, then press each piece into the yogurt — great counting and
color practice hiding inside a snack.
Good to know: Skip the honey for babies under one year old. Any yogurt works —
thicker yogurt gives you sturdier bark that's easier to snap.
That's it! A cheerful, better-for-you treat that turns a handful of fruit into something the whole family will reach for. If your little one helps make it, they're twice as likely to gobble it up. 💛
